Raffles City Convention Centre is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace for all team members, customers and business partners, empowering our team members with enhanced cleaning procedures and support in alignment with our commitment to safety.

While restrictions are easing, physical distancing and technology considerations will remain an essential part of meeting safely. Our meeting designs, room layout, and traffic flow have been redesigned to align with evolving governmental and local venue guidelines.

We are delighted to share that Raffles City Convention Centre has received the SG CLEAN certificate following our audit by external accessors. This means that our hygiene and sanitation measures have been certified to have met the SG Clean programme requirements. As part of Accor, we have also implemented the ALLSAFE label and are following a set of stringent global cleanliness and operational standards that have been developed with and vetted by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspections and certification.
